System Reroute is taken over Hyperion Thrusters because your 1 skill is a blink with a massive range. You can go much further, much faster with a few teleports.

Power strength, and duration, both directly benefit your ultimate, and range affects the range of the AOE that the little guys do when they die.

Plus range increases the size of the cloaking field you and your allies get when you pop your channeled two. Itzal has this weird problem where it's incredibly mobile, but has amazing benefit for staying still, because while you're invisible, you can't be targetted.

Cosmic crush is... pretty okay, but it could be better.

All in all it's a decent frame, probably the best frame there is for interception missions, because the teleport can move you 1,000m in about a second.
